Corporate History:

JXM, Inc. is a small, disadvantaged, minority, woman-owned, HUBZone, 8(a), firm incorporated by Margaux Ximenes on 12/19/94 as a general purpose corporation with the intention of bidding on Government contracts. On May 23, 2001, JXM, Inc. was accepted into the SBA 8(a) program and immediately sought to bid on small Government contracts. Margaux Ximenes stands as President, and Secretary /Treasurer of the Corporation. On March 22, 2002 JXM was granted permission by the SBA to form a Mentor/Protégé arrangement with Main Building Maintenance (MBM), Inc., (an experienced Government contractor), for purposes of gaining valuable insight into the Government contracting world and to possibly team on Government proposals.

Since that time, JXM has maintained a steady growth rate and expanded its fields of expertise to include contracts in the following fields:
